CA Sagar Shah is the Managing Partner of the firm. He is a distinguished professional qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with a strong academic foundation and diverse expertise in the fields of finance, taxation, and corporate law.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics (N.M. College), Mumbai, and a Master of Commerce from The University of Mumbai. He is also a Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has successfully cleared Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program from CFA Institute (USA).

With rich and varied experience in auditing, tax litigation, financial management, and corporate law, he has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth and diversification. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics (N.M. College), Mumbai, and a Master of Commerce degree from The University of Mumbai.

She has working experience with a Big 4 consultancy firm, gaining extensive knowledge in Taxation and International Taxation, including Transfer Pricing. Her exposure to diverse global tax environments has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of cross-border financial and compliance issues.
